Meet Our Co- Founder and Director: Emma O'Toole

​

Emma started her yoga journey in 2004, qualified in 2011 and set up her own business.

 

She has been teaching in offices sharing her yoga practice since 2012 and now offering her classes online.

 

 Graduated as a yoga teacher from The Elbowroom, Dublin in 2011 and progressed to a diploma in pre-natal yoga in 2016.

 

She believes that "This vehicle we own as our body is amazing. Mindset and Movement heal everything."  Emma lives in Wicklow with her husband and dog Alfie
